Who is the product suitable for?
Epione currently has 5 lines of ergonomic chairs with a variety of prices and suitable for different audiences. Here are the ideal numbers for each product that you can refer to and choose from:
- EasyChair 2.0 is suitable for people with height from 1.65m to 1.75m and weight from 40kg to 80kg.
- ErgoChair Pro 2.0 is suitable for people with height from 1.65m to 1.8m and weight from 55kg to 80kg.
- ElysChair is suitable for people with height from 1.55m to 1.75m and weight from 40kg to 80kg.
- FortisChair is suitable for people with height from 1.7m to 1.85m and weight from 50kg to 80kg.
- AliusChair is suitable for people with height from 1.55m to 1.85m and weight from 50kg to 80kg.

Does the ergonomic chair mesh sag after long periods of sitting? Does Epione support a warranty for the mesh?
The seat net can sag due to manufacturer error, physical factors (large impact force, temperature, environmental humidity, time of use, etc.), or user misuse (non-standard sitting posture or different from common usage). In case the net sags for the first time due to any reason, Epione will support free net replacement. For problems with seat net damage from the second time, Epione still supports customers with a 10% discount based on the replacement cost.

Are ergonomic chairs easy to clean?
You can completely clean your ergonomic chair at home based on Epione's Ergonomic Chair Cleaning Guide . For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, Epione currently supports EasyCare service for ergonomic chairs (including products that have expired warranty). The EasyCare service package includes 3 free home maintenance sessions and a fee of 100,000 VND for each subsequent maintenance session. Does Epione support delivery and installation of ergonomic chairs?
Epione supports free shipping of ergonomic chair products nationwide, free installation within Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Why is there a price difference between the black and grey seat versions?
The price difference between the black and gray versions of the ergonomic chair comes from many factors such as the components, the cost of dyeing and surface treatment during the production process. However, there will be no difference in quality between the color versions.
