I. Scope of application for transportation
1. Applicable subjects:
Customers buy Epione products.
2. Applicable area:
Delivery throughout Vietnam.
No international shipping.
II. Shipping partners and bills of lading
1. Carrier:
Epione cooperates with shipping companies including: Fast Delivery, Viettel Post and Grab Express
2. Check bill of lading:
Customers will receive SMS notification to track the bill of lading when Epione sends the order to the shipping partner. Customers can look up the bill of lading code here:

III. Delivery time
1. Inner city:
Applicable for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
2. Out of province:
Applicable to all other provinces/cities in Vietnam (Except Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City)
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
IV. Delivery fee
Epione has a free shipping policy for all orders nationwide (except for the Epione LinkDesk 2.0 Office Desk product).
