Warranty policy

Epione guarantees that the products sold at Epione are new and 100% genuine. In the rare case that the product you receive is defective, damaged or not as described, Epione is committed to protecting customers with a return and warranty policy. Note: To ensure the rights of customers and
Epione has a basis to work with related departments, all requests for exchange/return/warranty require customers to provide images/clips of defective products. Epione reserves the right to refuse if it has not received enough image information from customers. In addition, customers need to record a video clip of product packaging as evidence for comparison/complaints related to future exchanges/returns (if necessary).

I. Steps to Exchange/Return Products

Step 1: Customers contact Epione's customer care center via Hotline 1900 3471 or through Epione Fanpage to register product warranty.

Step 2: The Customer Service Center will confirm the return policy based on the information received and assessed.

Step 3: Perform exchange/return/warranty/refund for customers.

*Warranty procedures are carried out within 07 working days from the date Epione receives complete information and required documents from the customer.

II. Product Warranty Conditions

  • The product is still under warranty.
  • Customers provide purchase information or phone number to check warranty period.
  • Motor parts and control panels of SmartDesk products are warranted within the warranty period. Within the first 30 days, we support replacement in case of manufacturer's defect.
  • Customers need to check the appearance of the table frame, the components are packaged according to Epione's description before receiving the product (customers in the province or self-install send a video with pictures of receiving the goods via the fanpage, customers in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi check with the installation technician).
  • Epione refuses to warrant the table frame in the following cases: incorrect installation of the table top, Epione's recommended parameters (thickness not exceeding 5cm, length not exceeding 2m and greater than or equal to 1.2m, width not exceeding 1m and greater than or equal to 0.6m, recommended load 120kg for Pro table, 90kg for 2S), arbitrary change of structure, replacement of third-party components, scratches due to use, dents due to physical impact (warranty support in case of impact due to shipping and delivery process).
  • For MDF painted table top components, the warranty covers replacement in the following cases: blistering, peeling paint, deformed and blistered table top under normal use without physical or chemical impact, deformation due to transportation. Epione refuses to warrant in cases of physical impact, collision, fire, natural disaster, use of chemicals that can cause damage, improper storage (storage instructions section VI) arising during use.
  • Warranty support to replace chair components in case the mesh is sagging during use or paid warranty in case the warranty period expires.
  • Warranty support for replacement in case the mesh is loose at the corner edge or frayed near the corner edge. Warranty support is not available for frayed at other locations due to use or physical impact such as frequent use of clothing with metal buttons or rhinestones that cause friction with the mesh causing damage, frequent contact with highly corrosive detergents, improper cleaning of the chair (chair cleaning instructions section VI).
  • Support to replace the leather part of the armrest when there are scratches, peeling, or flaking errors due to the manufacturer. Customers need to carefully check this component when receiving the goods. In case the leather part is defective due to the usage process such as improperly lifting the armrest later, it will be supported with a paid warranty.
  • Epione does not support broken or cracked chair frames in any position. In case of any problem, Epione supports warranty with a fee and a 10% discount on the price of warranty components.
  • Components replaced under warranty will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the product.
  • Warranty components will be replaced a maximum of 01 time during the warranty period. In case of continued errors after 15 days due to use or physical impact leading to damage, warranty support will be charged at the support price (10% discount on component price).
  • Warranty does not apply to retail accessories, gifts, redemption gifts and clearance items.

  • Customer does not provide purchase invoice or warranty card.
  • Product is out of warranty.
  • Products showing signs of design modification, or self-repair/replacement of non-Epione components without Epione's consent.
  • Products are scratched, torn, broken, chipped, or old during use.
  • Product damaged due to impact, movement, storage, or improper use.
  • Products damaged due to user error; or due to accidents, fires, natural disasters.
  • Products with unproven origin are manufactured and distributed by Epione.
  • In all cases, Epione still supports repair and replacement of components at customer's expense.

  • Epione commits to free home warranty in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • For other provinces, customers will pay for shipping costs for accessories or send the product from the customer's address to the Warranty Center. Epione supports the warranty return shipping cost for customers.
  • Epione supports free replacement of components in cases where repairs cannot be made, meets warranty conditions and does not violate warranty disclaimer terms.
  • In the event that Epione is not available or no longer has a replacement product for warranty purposes, the return policy will apply.

VI. Storage Instructions

Product Care and cleaning instructions
MDF painted table top
  • Store at room temperature.
  • Do not use in environments with high humidity (>70%) for long periods of time.
  • Table tops are in frequent contact with chemicals of unknown origin.
  • Clean the table top with a soft cloth or glass cleaner, do not use highly acidic detergents.
  • Avoid placing the glass directly on water that is too cold or too hot to avoid leaving stains on the surface.

Cleaning the net:

  • Use highly volatile solutions (Alcohol <70 degrees) or with a damp cloth.
  • Do not wash the net directly with soap because it can easily change the structure of the net.
  • Use a dedicated vacuum cleaner or a fine-tipped cleaning brush to clean the mesh.
  • Do not use cleaning tools with hard contact surfaces.
  • For Easy Chair Blossom seat cushion, clean it like you would a sofa.

Frame cleaning:

  • Use highly volatile solutions (Alcohol <70 degrees) or with a damp cloth.
  • In case of using specialized cleaning solution, please use according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Raise the EasyChair armrests correctly: adjust the armrests to extend fully to both sides, then raise the armrest height to maximum.
