The seat net can sag due to manufacturer error, physical factors (large impact force, temperature, environmental humidity, time of use, etc.), or user misuse (non-standard sitting posture or different from common usage). In case the net sags for the first time due to any reason, Epione will support free net replacement. For problems with seat net damage from the second time, Epione still supports customers with a 10% discount based on the replacement cost.

For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, Epione currently supports EasyCare service for ergonomic chairs (including products that have expired warranty).
