From May 27, 2024, Epione officially announced the policy "Trade in old FortisChair, Upgrade to EasyChair 2.0", applicable to users who need to replace old Epione FortisChair ergonomic chair with Epione EasyChair 2.0 chair.
Through the program, Epione hopes to accompany users to upgrade their working experience to be more modern and comfortable, improve their health through the use of Epione's quality products and dedicated services.
Terms and Conditions
- Customers who purchased the Epione FortisChair ergonomic chair on the Epione or SiliconZ platforms in the HCMC area
- Apply old collection for products in the Epione FortisChair Ergonomic Chair category, with the condition that the chair is new, rarely used, the features still work well, not damaged or missing accessories.
- Applying innovation to products in the Epione EasyChair 2.0 Ergonomic Chair category
- Epione may change its purchasing decision and purchase price on a case-by-case basis.
About old and new exchange prices
The price of used Epione FortisChair ergonomic chair is determined based on the actual condition of the chair, maximum 1,200,000 VND/product
The price of renewing the Epione EasyChair ergonomic chair is determined after deducting the purchase price of the old product and applying other promotional policies (if any).
